💡 Up to 11 people if you book the Salvia and Rosmarino apartments together. The partition in the terrace can also be removed to obtain a splendid and large common area outside with a wonderful view and equipped with tables and chairs.

Are pets allowed? Yes, of all sizes (we also had 2 golden retrievers as guests). If you are coming with pets please let us know so we can recommend the best accommodation.
How far is it from the sea? About 5 minutes by car.
Is the kitchen equipped with everything you need? Yes
Is there a washing machine? Yes
Is there a dishwasher? Yes, except in the Salvia apartment (for the moment).
Is there air conditioning? Yes
The nearest supermarket? There is a tavern and bar 20m away, or the nearest supermarket 5 minutes away.

The Customer, by accepting the booking agreement, accepts and signs the following regulation and undertakes to respect it in its entirety.
- Smoking is prohibited in internal spaces.
- Final cleaning does not include washing dishes.
- It is forbidden to organize parties or events.
- Please inform the property of any damage occurred during your stay, to allow the replacement or repair of any broken objects.
- Avoid loud noises.
- Park only in assigned spaces.
- Respect the instructions for separate collection and waste management.
- Pet owners are required to collect their excrement and lead them on a leash in the common areas.
